About the role

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer with experience in both digital and offline media. We’re looking for someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts, and other designs. The successful candidate should have an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns work, especially in the study abroad sector, to support our clients. The work in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal Graphic Designer will be able to hit the ground running as soon as we bring on a new project. Applicants with experience designing with other professionals will be given prime consideration.

  • Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.

  • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.

  • Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.

  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.

  • Perform retouching and manipulation of images.

  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.

  • Manage social networking services such as Facebook and Instagram.

Candidate requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, or related field.

  • Experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.

  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, corporate identity, advertisements, multimedia, and website design.

  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software.

  • A strong eye for visual composition.

  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients.
